Dr. Christopher Washington

Dr. Christopher Washington Biography:

Dr. Christopher Washington SR was born on December 25, 1976, in the Bronx, NY. At the age of 16, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at Salvation and Deliverance Church in Manhattan, NY, marking the beginning of his walk with Christ.
In 2006, Dr. Washington relocated to North Carolina with his wife Lillie and their two children, Christopher JR and Tayla. At that time, he started attending the Life-Giving Church of God under the leadership of Pastor Vincent Tillman. In 2010, he accepted his calling to be a servant of Christ and served as an Armor Bearer for Pastor Tillman, participating in various ministries within the church.

In 2018, Dr. Washington joined Judah House of Praise Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Darrick Leak. During his time there, he served as an Armor Bearer, Director of Media, and President of the Men of Purpose, Men’s Ministry. He also served as an Associate Minister, being actively involved in various aspects of the ministry.

Dr. Washington received his undergraduate degree in Theological Studies from Life Christian University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Christian Education. He further pursued his education by earning a Doctorate Degree in Christian Ministry from Grace Biblical Institute and Seminary. He also had the opportunity to serve as a Professor of Biblical Studies with Grace Biblical Institute and Seminary. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Christian Education and Dean of Academics at Zoe Fellowship Bible College.

One of Dr. Washington's favorite verses is Psalm 34:1, "I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in my mouth", which continues to inspire and guide him in his journey of faith and ministry.
