Dr. Cynthia Williams Biography:
Pastor Cynthia Williams is a native Charlottean.
Her love for children and their ability to grasp new concepts inspired her
to write and direct children’s plays for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School
System. She is the owner and principal of a private, Christian school, Oasis
Performing Arts School. She is also the pastor of Oasis Christian Fellowship.
They are currently meeting at 2945 Ross Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28208. The

Pastor Williams has been singing since the age of three and toured with such
gospel plays as “Lord, Try Me One More Time”, “A Good Man Is Hard To
Find”, “A Family Affair”, “Lord, Why Do I Keep Choosing the Wrong Man”,
“Daddy Where Are You?”, “Trouble Don’t Last Always,” “World,” and her
very own “It’s Allgood,” just to name a few. Her comedic style and ability to
minister in song has led to numerous solo concerts in North and South
Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, New York, and Georgia. She has
appeared on several television and radio programs such as BMA Live,
Opportunity Knocks, WPEG, WOGR, WGIV, and WGCD. She has also been
featured in the Charlotte Post, The Chester News and Reporter, and The
Stanley News and Press. Pastor Williams has performed with renowned
artists, such as Michael Bolton, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Hezekiah Walker,
John P. Kee, Donald Lawrence, and Sister Cantaloupe. She has conducted
praise and worship, choir, and drama workshops throughout North and South
Carolina.
Pastor Williams’ favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6, has given her the ability
and strength to stay focused on all of the things that God has called her to do.
So no matter the role, starring in a play, singing, writing, ministering the Word
of God, or simply being a great mother, grandmother, and aunt, her greatest
role is to be a servant to the body of Christ and to her most important director,
Jesus Christ.
