Dr. Sabrina D. Carr Biography:

Dr. Sabrina D. Carr is a native of Palm Beach County, FL. There she attended and graduated from the Palm Beach County School Systems. Dr. Carr received her Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming in 1989 from the New England Institute of Technology at Palm Beach. Dr. Carr had always desired higher education, and after 33 years, she pursued her opportunity at Grace Biblical Institute and Seminary. Dr. Carr received an honorary Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling, she then graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies. Dr. Carr pressed on and graduated from (the newly founded, and accredited) Zoe Fellowship Bible College, the 1st Class of 2023 as Valedictorian with her Doctorate Degree in Christian Education.

Dr. Carr surrendered her life to Christ as a teenager. As a dutiful, willing worker involved with church affairs, including singing in many choirs, ensembles, and praise & worship teams. She has ushered, taught VBS, and Sunday School, she has served in intercessory, women’s ministry, administration, and as an adjutant to the pastor(s). In the summer of 1996, she answered the call of an Evangelist. In November 2020, Evangelist Carr was licensed as an Elder, under the pastorate of Apostle Dr. Michael Brown of Zoe Fellowship International.

Dr. Carr is the doting parent of 2 living adult children: Mrs. ZaKeyla A-S Allen (her Husband, Mr. Cal Allen) & D’Carrius C-R Carr, and a 3rd child, David Jr., who has gone on to be with the Lord. She also has a growing tribe of 4 grandchildren, and the 5th grandchild is due to arrive in February 2025: Prince Antonio, Prince Jayce, Prince Zion, and the princess of the tribe Haven.

Dr. Carr is in a season of embracing her ongoing personal growth and continuing efforts to advance the Kingdom of God. She believes that she is saved to serve. Her greatest desire is to bring in the souls for the kingdom, that none be lost on her watch!
